Court Booking Terms

(For casual booking as an individual to play against other individuals, once logged in check the 'CASUAL PLAY' link for sessions)

To make a booking you must log in via the link at the top of the page and by doing so you acknowledge you have read and accept the terms below. If you do not have an account, please register one at CitySide QR Register. Once logged in, you will be able to select 'MAKE BOOKING'.

Payment is made via PayPal (you do not need to be a member, you can pay via card). A 2.6% + 30c fee applies, charged by PayPal and forwarded to you.

COVID-19 MEASURES:
A booking must not exceed 10 participants per court and everyone must be participants, no spectating permitted.

Between bookings, balls/equipment will be disinfected and players must move out of their court swiftly on instructions from staff.

All participants will be required to sanitise hands and QR check in upon entry and must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 under the current measures. Masks must be worn until moving on to your court, and whenever moving around the centre.

Payment for bookings must be made at the time of the booking. Failure to make payment within 15-minutes will result in losing your booking, and you will need to start again.

No refunds will be provided for cancelling a booking that is within 24-hours of the start time.
